Discover our comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. Our unit is a short five minute walk to the beach with private access which includes a beachfront pool, showers, and restrooms. The beach house is now open with a restaurant and bar. Gulf Highlands has 11 pools, tennis courts, dedicated pickleball courts, playgrounds, a fitness center, shuffleboard, and a mini golf course.
Our home is stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and relax.
Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages to contend with. Enter and exit the community from Hutchison Blvd. (Middle Beach) allowing you to stay out of the Front Beach traffic!
The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and back patio. The upstairs contains 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. You must enter through the master to get to the private balcony. It has 2 chairs and a table for your relaxation with it's own privacy blind that can be rolled down to shade the patio.

GOLF CART Rental is available for an additional cost. The usage for the Golf Cart is restricted to inside the Resort.

We provide a neat, clean, comfortable atmosphere in our 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse for you to relax and enjoy your time in Panama City Beach. Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen for those guests that would rather eat in than dine out. We even have a Kuerig coffee maker, and of course a 12 cup coffee maker. We have in room private WI-FI for those guests that like to stay connected while on vacation. There is a full size washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. A comfortable King size bed awaits in the upstairs master bedroom with a wall mounted tv for private relaxation. There is a comfortable queen bed and an XL twin size bed in the second bedroom as well as a flat screen tv with an Amazon Fire stick. There is an outside balcony off the master bedroom with chairs if you are an early bird that enjoys catching the sunrise, or just likes to sit outside with a drink and watch the sunset. The sunsets are normally beautiful.
The living room area features a wall mounted tv as well as a very comfy double leather recliner as well as a comfy leather sectional sofa downstairs and it makes out into a queen bed. A bar area with a charging station outlet makes a perfect spot to sit and check your email or relax with your morning coffee. AND WE HAVE THE GOOD ICE!! YOU KNOW THAT ICE LIKE YOU GET THAT YOU JUST LOVE TO MUNCH ON! WE HAVE AN ICEMAKE THAT MAKES THAT ICE ( YOU MUST BE SURE TO ADD BOTTLED WATER TO IT, SO THAT IT WILL CONTINUE MAKING AND NOT RUN OUT).

.Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a 24/7 gated community, centrally located and convenient to many restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling. The resort offers 11 pools (5 heated from October 15 until April 15) including one right outside our back door (NOT HEATED) and maybe 100 feet to the right, and one right on the beach with snack bar for owners and guests only. It also has an 18 Hole Mini golf course putters and balls provided, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard (Equipment provided) and playground. It’s just an easy 6-7 minute walk from our door, through gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk to the beach area. We have a beach pull-cart. OR WE HAVE GOLF CART RENTAL AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
Downstairs there’s a 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer & dryer, a Large Flat Screen Smart tv with Amazon Fire and cable tv, you will find comfortable furniture (including sofa, and matching chair and another comfortable chair), kitchen with (fridge, dishwasher & gas stove) equipped with all cooking needs. The dining area offers seating for 4 along with an additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. You can relax on the patio or upstairs balcony. There’s an outdoor gas grill.
Upstairs features 2 bedrooms with King Size 4 poster bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and an XL twin bed in the second bedroom. (new comforters and linens), large closets with hangers and full bath. The master bedroom has a patio and Streaming tv as well as cable tv!
We’ve also included for your vacation stay: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, tennis racquets and board games.
You can Park directly in front of your door with 2 designated parking space, if you have a small vehicle you may be able to park in the other parking spot that we have our Golf Cart parked sideways in (No waiting on elevators or crowds). This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy.
Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.

As a child I always loved to act like a Mermaid because I grew up on the river. So as I got old I also became known as being Sassy for speaking my mind.
